Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn/unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at elanviajoin@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishables, and certain hazardous or personal-care items are non-returnable.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For any return or refund questions, contact elanviajoin@gmail.com.
